Went to Lynnridge Mall to apply early for a Post Box for 2016. My daughter's Post Box number which will end in December 2015 was given to me from January 2016. The day before when I visited the lady told me I will receive pensioners discount as I am turning 60 in February 2016. Oupanel Mbowane assist me and did not give me the discount. I complain with customer care via email and Mavis Katje told me that discount is only given for the year you turn 60. So I told her but that is the case and she answered because I renewed the 2016 contract in 2015 it won't apply. How logical is that? The contract is for 2016 and I thought am doing them a favour in applying for the contract early. That sounds like ************** to me.
