Discrepancies, Mismanagement and *****

I app**** for License Disk online and asked for it to be dispatched to North ridding post office, I have gone there since last year several times to ask for my Disk and i have been told that it is nowhere to be found and they are still investigating. Every time i call the branch they are so Rude and Impatient with me.

Post office is just being Mismanaged with people with bad attitude they just don't care about theeir Customers that is one of the reasons it is just falling apart.

My Quote Number is - QNP24853-YZZ937W and my waybill number is TH***ZA. Can i just be refunded my money and i will go and do license disk elsewhere please!
