Disappointment

I have found that every saturday i go in to kolannde needing to get my p****ls they are closed and are rude about it when being confronted about all their times not matching. If someone could please have something done about it. The rudeness is not needed. And the fact that i asked politely and been spoken to like a animal, its not on.
