Disappointing service at Bellville Post office

I came to pick up an item at the Bellville branch but the idiot who decided I can't have my package couldn't even come and speak to me face to face after providing all the proof that was needed to show the item belonged to me. Thank you to the lady who tried to assist me but very disapppointed in the service of the idiot that couldn't face me
