Disappointing!

<p>It is quite disappointing that I have been calling the JIMC endlessly and there is never a response to calls. I have a parcel sitting there for a week now, do not know why. This is not on at all. Why should I have to think twice about ordering products from overseas because it is going to go through the JIMC?</p>
