DISAPPOINTED WITH SA POST OFFICE

I have sent a parcel from Cape Town to Grahamstown Master's court, and they have not received the parcel til today. When I tracked it, it was in Gqeberha from the 18th April 2023 til The 11th May 2023. I have been tracking it, today it still showing that it's in Gqeberha post office and when I called, they said it was transported to Grahamstown and that maybe it was not scanned. I tried calling Grahamstown post office and the number did not go through, and those are very important forms to the Masters court, I'm so angry and disappointed at the same time.
