Disappointed by SA post office

Appalling service at the Post Office, Carlton Centre. Went there to certify documents, the male consultant looked at the documents with a disgusted look and said: "we won't do this we only certify 5". He gave the documents back without certifying even the 5 documents. Worst of all, he was on his phone

in the process, not even looking at the client and the branch was practically empty. Disappointing to say the least
