Disappointed, but not surprised. Where is my parcel??

I ordered a parcel for Christmas way back in September of last year, knowing that it would take at least a month to arrive. Little did I know four months later I would still be waiting. Countless emails were sent to them by me, only to receive a few measly replies about when it was last scanned - which, fyi I know when it was last scanned, I have the tracking number. My parcel has been sitting at JIMC for three months now and the strangest thing is that I have literally ordered and received four parcels since then, all of which were ordered AFTER that one?? Where in the hell is my parcel?? It’s not like it was anything worth *****ing anyway?? I can’t say I’m surprised by how bad the postal system is, but really? Disgusting.
