DISAPPEARANCE OF INTERNATIONAL PARCELS

I would like to complain about the disappearance of parcels at the post office. Since i have started buying online, I have only received 1 out of the 17 parcels that were shipped with tracking reference numbers that don't show tracking information in South Africa. All these parcels are usually traceable with the carrier until the point when they reach South Africa. Most of these NEVER arrive to me and when I call the post office no one seems to know their whereabouts. Why are these parcels not logged somewhere when they arrive? Why is no one held accountable for the disappearance. I know A LOT of friends who have the same issues with parcels shipped with such shipping methods never arriving. Where is the integrity and honesty at SAPO? People lose money, paying for goods that never arrive! ( Examples of these shipping methods that usually disappear in south africa: YANWEN, Malaysia Post, WEDO, and china post normal air mail (the one with just numbers and not letters).
