Directions, please SA Post Office

On 26 February 2018 at 13:06, a letter was mailed Surrey. It is now 4 April 2018. I cannot track my letter, I get no response form any of my e-mails or SMS's AND there is no reply at their ********** 502 number (I hung up after 13 min. Phoning from a cell phone..). The other number I received, 0 ********** 77, does not exist.
