Dignity despite heavy work load and pressure!

This compliment is for the Merebank Branch of the Post Office. They usually have a heavy work load, especially when it comes to days when payments are being made. However, a gentleman called Sherwin attended to me very patiently, despite the pressure. He was calm and cool. He answered all my queries without rushing and I was very impressed with his attitude. He is an asset to the Post Office as he treats clients with dignity, irrespective of age or race. I am very thankful to him for his quick and efficient service. I salute this young, kind-hearted man.
