Different name? Do not worry Post Office allows you to collect people's parcels

I went to the post office in Marshalltown to collect my parcel and to my surprise, someone with a different ID number, different name had been given my parcel. They couldnt even explain what happend. Firstly I stood in the line for an hour just to be told that my parcel has been collected. I am angry and annoyed
