Diepkloof Post Office very bad customer service 🤮

Diepkloof Post Office is just the worst because they just don't want to help people at all, always having excuses as to why they can help.People who are trying to replace their sassa cards are always being turned away with different excuses everyday,from their "system being down,laptop not working,not having electricity,not loadshedding but they just don't have electricity or the person who replaces cards is not in for the rest of the week so people should go to other post offices"....like seriously???.....those people don't like to work all they wanna do is chat all day while people are stranded and just trying to replace their cards and that's not even at the expense of the Post Office employees.That Post Office should just close down because those people just don't wanna work,it should close down so that they can stay at home and do what they do best which is just sitting around and chatting all day except this time they should not get paid for it.What they doing is just really sad because some people depend on the sassa money but the employees just don't care and they just don't care.That place should just close down because they don't wanna do what they hired to do
