Diabolical!!!!!!!

<p>Firstly your parcel just disappears. Last track point was at durmail hub then nothing!!!!! Just gone. No one knows anything. Just vanished into thin air!!!! And my family member paid for their tracking delivery service! Parcel#RJ ********** 64ZA. None of the tracking sites work. No one answers the phones! How can a service be run in this manner! Disgusting!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! And this is a polite review
