DHL Parcel LOST - 3 MORE NOT released for ten days

I have ordered parcels which were delivered to JIMC on 15 November - On 26 November, 3 of my parcels are still stuck, no updates. One parcel has apparently been delivered to my house with no one there to collect, which is false. Now Everyday they say it is in the delivery vehicle due for delivery. It is not ever delivered. I get shown from person to person - department to department. Couple this with duties which should be % now being raised as 100% of the value, my business is losing tens of thousands due to this incompetence. I need my parcels. I send my tracking numbers to everybody, but no one gives me clear answers. They can delete the phone number from South African records - it is a 1st of April phone number. I NEED My PARCELS!!!
