Detained my parcels but no email is sent to me

Hi there admin,,I have my parcels detained at the at the Cape Town (hub) with tracking numbers(RJ***CN and RB***S) and they are in demand of the invoice and proof of payment,,I tried calling them to find out how am gonna send them the invoice whether throw email or through fax but I don't reach them so please kindly assist me and in addition I bought my items from [URL Removed] thanks
