Detained \ Lost \Unreceived parcel

I bought a set of watches and necklaces last year in april and my order indicated that it arrived in South Africa on the 20th of may 2017. I have gone to the Paarl post office more than 15 times and they have told me that they cant find my parcel but if i look on the internet it shows that it arrived in south africa. I tried calling the company(that i bought the goods from) and they notified me that it showed a received status yet i had not received anything. I would be grateful if you can be able to assist me in finding my parcel as i have not received a letter even to notify me that it had arrived or was detained. I have not moved from where i was staying the address is the same. I have sent countless mails but i have not received a reply
