Desperate for service!

I am so disappointed with the level of service. I struggle to reach any individual via telephone and all emails sent to customer service are undelivered. I purchased a gift for a loved one a year ago and I just want to receive my delivery. Please can I be assisted as a matter of urgency.

It's been in transit, from customs, in transit again, at office and now in transit.

Please please please help!!!
