Deplorable Customer Service

I have been waiting for my international parcel from the JHB Mail Centre since 15 March. The service we get from SA Post Office is extremely dissatisfactory! i have email customer services, they have read my email without a bother to respond! Each post office i try to contact in Roodepoort always has the lame excuse that they are offline, or they cannot track an international item. The staff are extremely rude and cut me off when I try to explain my situation. This kind of customer service is deplorable!!!!
