Demeaning customer service

I have never seen or experienced such disrespect from our fellow south Africans who have no customer service/experience conduct. We have conformed to the norm of knowing that our people don't recognise us when they have jobs we wake up early in the morning to be treated like trash, spent over hours waiting in line for a supposedly offline system and when asked we were told we decided to sit because they told us it's not working. How common courtesy become so unnatural and unknown you think people wake up to come spend time circulating around your plastic chairs the ladies there have no sense of respect and are belittling. I wish to know if this is how post office prides themselves in such conduct. Do your people even go for customer service training, it's as if we coming there to ask for favors
