Delivery taking too long (JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB)

I have a parcel that has been in country since 25 August 2018, almost a month now and it is still at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB). I have been calling Customer care on daily basis and being told there's nothing they can do and cant give delivery date. Surely it can't take that long to process this. I urgently require the parcel for upcoming business.
