delivery pending please hold

Once again waiting for items to go through customs and be delivered . i can track the parcel via usps until it was received by SA customs then nothing . the package was received by SA customs on the 12 of Jan 2015 .It is now 27 Feb . i ordered a item from China which traveled through the same SA customs and it took 4 days from order to delivery . I am beyond shocked . I can not comprehend how a parcel can take almost 2 months to get through SA customs and there is no sign of it ???? I also have been in contact with the customer service at the post office and he also stopped answering my emails . they also still using the excuse of the strike back log .
