DELIVERY OF PARCELS

Parcel send from Germany to south africa. on the 6/12/2014. Parcel no: EE***DE. I look on the trackmyparcel on the internet. It show it did come in South Africa on the 23/12/2014. It was send to Polokwane instead to Vanderbijlpark. Did come back to the JHB INT MAIL CENTER (HUB) on the 16/1/2015.<br> Every day I am looking at the trackmyparcel and is still there. Our family send this parcel for my childern for Chrismas. How long should we wait for it. I have try to phone them the phone is just ringing no respones on the telephone nummer. I would like oto when my parcel will be forward to me.
