Delivery of Package

My package from USA was cleared by Customs on 25/10/17 and when I enquire with the Post Office I was informed that there's a 'backlog' and a delivery date for my package cannot be confirmed. I was also informed that I'm not allowed to fetch my packed either.

This is just plain horrible service.
