Delivery not on time and NO customer service

I pay for Speed Services Courier and it takes nearly 6 days to get to it's destination.

Virtually no customer service after emailing them to inquire where and why it's taking so long for my parcel to arrive....

Freaking USELESS!!!! Not using SA Post Office ever again - going to Postnet where one gets a practically much better service (parcels arrive within 1-2 days).
