Delivery not delivered

Gamaphuteng Post Office is one of the most useless post offices, I have ordered a number of things online and they were delivered in Sept but still no contact from them!!!! This is absolutely unacceptable, you guys have made it a fashionable thing not to do your jobs!!!! Please I want my parcels and I will be going the legal route for this matter to be resolved if someone does not contact me to have it sorted out, the employees told me we have to wait for an SMS from them, I'm going the 3rd month now!
