Delivery gone wrong

They will never change, lost my international parcels twice and this time I ordered something on line again I receive a message to say my parcel is on a Post office kwaMashu which is 45km away from the address, when I called the post office close to me Linkhills to request for them to redirect I was told to phone the other post office myself and after telling them I don't have their number I was told to phone their office in Durban to get the KwaMashu post number when I get it phone the KwaMashu post office to redirect, what the he'll now it feels like I messed up when I didn't.
