Delivery failure
EE***ZA & TA***ZA<br> <br> Both documents have not arrived in China!<br> 1. Sent by EMS and Speed Services at a total cost of R 1092.65<br> 2. Manager in Fairlands tried to assist me without result<br> 3. Service nos are not answered and on other nos no-one answers<br> <br> The documents are needed by the SA Embassy to issue a visa for an international student to South Africa<br>
