Delivery - did not arrive

I received a call from Post Office courier in Brits with an 021 number. The delivery man confirmed that my order will be delivered today, his said his name is Mr Mo***eng. I waited until 8pm nothing was delivered and I did not receive a call from him again. At 9pm I received a notification that my delivery was unsuccessful. This is not acceptable. I spent a lot on my order.
