DELIVERY DELAY

I made an online purchase on the 3rd October 2015 and the parcel was shipped on the 4th .Normally i receive my parcels within a maximum of 40 days. I've been calling the Atteridgeville post office and going to them several times and they advised that they have not received my parcel and they kept on saying it's with the HUB foreign exchange in Johannesburg however they will not be able to assist me directly as i have to check via them every time unless if i have a tracking no but i always buy overseas and i don't get a tracking no but still receive my parcels on time<br> The seller did send a confirmation after the parcel was dispatched but now the post office is not helping in any way and when i call them i always struggle getting hold of them because they dont answer my calls <br> there is no way that a parcel can go missing especially if it was dispatched months ago
