Delivered to wrong place and now stuck at Tshwane Hub

After calling a numerous amount of times (with no answer may I add) and emailing a bunch of times I finally got an email response telling me exactly what the tracker did. So no help. My address on my package was somehow confused and then got sent back and forth between Port Elizabeth and Pretoria and Is now stuck at Tshwane hub and I still cannot get through to them.
