Delayed service and speed services

On the 30th of March, I utilized the Maponya Mall post office to post documents to apply for a job. The documents have still not reached Pongola and I was informed that it takes 3 to 4 workings days to reach the destination. I later went on to posting at the randridge mall branch using the overnight service but it's been three days and my documents have not reached their destination. I have lost out on an opportunity for employment because of this. The call centre numbers are never answered, I stay on the line more than 30minutes.
