Delayed parcels

I am really disappointed in the service of SAPO. I ordered a parcel from China that was meant to be a gift for a friend.

The parcel arrived at JIMCA on 28 July 2019. The status of the parcel is still "JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB), Incomming International"

There has been no change for the past 2 weeks. No one ever picks up the phone

This was my first order and this has been the worst experience.
