Delayed Parcel at JIMC A

I am tracing a parcel getting to Zimbabwe. When I checked on the international tracking and trace (RN***LT) it shows that the parcel parcel arrived at 6/3/15 8:18 PM at transit office of exchange JIMC A, and the item received in the office of exchange of the transit country. <br> <br> After an inquiry at SA Post Office The Customer Service, [Email Removed] informed me it was forwarded to Zimbabwe, BUT Zimbabwe Post Office say they have not received it yet, they say SA did not avail dispatch details from South Africa or they might have put another tracking number to be due tracking numbers such that it may have been captured by another number. Now i don't know were to get full information
