Delayed Parcel
Good day<br> A parcel PA***ZA was received by Thohoyandou branch on Thursday the 3rd of December, when I try to track the parcel as of today (08th December) the parcel is still sitting at the branch. Why do I have to pay if they know they are not going to deliver?
