Delayed once again.

I have items from the 18 April 2015, still at JHB INT MAIL CENTRE. I sent my invoice and still not received. i have 5 items with the same details, *** is going on, should i come and collect my items in-person. Sent various emails and tried calling, people answers and before you can speak down goes the phone.

The reason your item hasn't been delivered yet is because our customs department is currently experiencing delays with regards to the processing of registered articles and please be informed that your item will be delivered accordingly once the backlog is cleared.
