Delayed delivery. Parcel held for almost 2 months and counting!!!???

My package which i oaid express mail for has been stuck at the post office for almost 2months now. It was sent from the JIMC to the wrong post office and i called them 5 times to ask them to send it to a post office it was meant ti be sent to. They keep saying they’ll call me back but never do. SA post office service is the worst ever and ive lived in a lot of countries internationally. They number always takes long to get picked up and the stuff just doesn’t seem like they know what they are doing!!! Very annoying and inconveniencing!!! No apologies, no updates, nothing. Such a disgrace!
