Delay of delivery with my orders.

Greetings

I have purchased the items on the 23& 25 April 2018, its two parcel with tracking no( RU ********** 22NL & RU ********** 07NL) they have been sitting at the Jhb hub, international mailing center from the 10th June 2018 & the other one from the 13th June 2018 and today is the 02 July 2018 its 3 weeks now since my parcel has arrived in Jhb incoming international, it normally take 2-3 days before it can be delivered to Tshwane Hub then to to the designated post office as i normally order from abroad, i am now impatient & very angry because i am not certain if my parcels are lost or still in existence since there is no any communication regarding the delay of my orders. Please direct and engage further in assisting me to get current status of my parcels.
