Delay In parcels being delivered

I am still waiting for my Wish parcels to be delivered to me when the tracking numbers show that the parcels are in South Africa for months and months. Covid cannot be used as an excuse for this long a delay when parcels are in SA from June and we are now in the end of October. I have 5 tracking numbers
