Damaged speedservice parcel

Send a speedservice plastic envelope(bought at Postoffice) on 24 Aug from Delarey Post Office to Bloemfontein Arboretum Post Office. The plastic speed service envelope has been ripped opened and inside was another envelope with documents which was opened and cut with a knife and a bubblewrap parcel with 2 x50ml medicine bottels which was opened. I paid R80 for this envelope and it was opened by officials which is totally unexceptable. Now I have to send the documents again because it have to be orginals which will cost me money again. But for sure I will not make use of the Post Office again. This is shocking
