Damaged goods

<p>I shipped a package via EMS on the 29th Sep, EE ********** 87ZA. I asked about insuring it but the teller said that they don't offer insurance even tho I showed him the option on the E1 form. The teller did however put a fragile sticker on it for me.<br /><br />The first issue was that it was nxt to impossble to track the package. When I was able to, the information provided was vague and useless. The second issue was that the package only arrived almost a month later instead of the quote4-6 working days.</p> <p> </p> <p>The biggest problem, however, is that the item arrived in quite a few pieces. This is a METAL item!</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like some kind of payout for this blatant disregard to labeling on the package, just plain bad handling of an item and irrepairable damage to the item. It is an antique and can now only be sold for parts.</p> <p> </p> <p>Thanks</p>
