Damaged Goods

I send a parcel to Johannesburg on the 19/09/2016 from Eshowe post office. I showed the lady the two perfume I was send and ask her how can I package this so that they can be safe. She sold me a this white sort of an envelope with a form inside. I said okay because I don't know what it will go through to reach the destination. To my surprise on Friday morning I received a call from a guy called Luwi from postnet Durham telling me that one perfume was broken and the other one is not there, there's a cap only. Now that need return the remaining bottle pieces. And he asked me why didn't I put the fragile sticker on my good, I don't know where I was suppose to get that sticker he then told me that the lady that helped me was suppose to put that sticker to alert them that the good should be handled with care but she didn't. Now my one perfume is broken the other one ******. This guy then told me his supervisor said they will send this matter for investigation. This two perfume were gifts for to my sister and her husband till now I'm still waiting for feedback. Tracking no TC ********** 18ZA please help.
