Customs - Too Slow

I have had a parcel at customs since 15 November 2017 and am still waiting for it to be released. It certainly cannot take that long to process the item. I refuse to wait any longer for my parcel. The service in the UK is very efficient. The parcel was dispatched from the post office in the UK 6 October. The parcel left the UK 8 October. The service from customs SA in ridiculous.
