Customs South Africa Post office

I have had poor service from This place. I have been trying to get hold of them for 2 days now and been on the phone for 30min + a time with no answer.

I have emailed and still no reply.

I have had a parcel Stuck at customs since the 22nd Feb 2018 and I have been calling to find out why and how I can receive it.

This is also not the first time I have been through this and I am becoming quite frustrated with the lack of service.

Every country manages to get their post and if not at least be able to communicate with the service providers however we never seem to get it right.

I really hope someone can help me
