Customs international service delivery

I made an international purchase on the 20/08/2019 which arrived in the country on the 4/09/2019. The parcel was then only received by JHB INT MAIL CENTRE (HUB) on the 12/09/2019 which moved from Incoming International to Customs on the 13/09/2019 not even sure what that means. This is extremely frustrating to wait this long for ones package. Is their a number I can call to confirm the progress of my parcel or could you advise what the ETA will be on my parcel.
