Customs do not assist

I am awaiting for a parcel that suddenly got held by customs.There are no communication from their office or from SAPO office to tell the problem as I also try to contact them but no one is answering the phone.As I know that the invoice of my package is with it why the package is being kept?I am wondering how many people are losing money because of this issue.My tracking nr is R***CN
