Customs and SA Post office pathetic

I have had a parcel sitting at the JIMC-E since it had been scanned on the 21st May 2018 , It is now 26th of June and no update. Called the numbers presented on SA post office website and emailed as well with no response , this is quite ridiculous and is becoming an annoyance.
