CUSTOMERS NEED TO CALM DOWN

Contrary to popular belief the postal service (specifically customs) in our country does actually work. It might take longer but it does work. In this year, to date, I have purchased well over 100 (one hundred) individual items from eBay and alieXpress. Individual items from all over the world, China mainly, but also America, India, Costa Rica, Turkey, Japan, Singapore and a few others. I HAVE ONLY LOST ONE PARCEL and that was before it even got to South Africa.<br> So, in spite of my general attitude towards life (and service) in South Africa I do regret the few occasions where I have lost my cool with the people at customs, said some nasty things and probably made a few people including myself feel quite ****. I apologise, I take back everything I said that was harmful. This compliment is for all the parcels I have received safe and sound, thank you!<br> Customers who purchase items from overseas websites need to calm down. Expect to wait anything up to a month after the ETA. It's just the way it is so get over it. Stop demanding refunds prematurely, you're giving South Africa a bad name, some vendors have already closed their doors to us.<br> <br> <br>
