**** customer service

post office observatory, absolute rediculous service. was told my parcel arrived 22nd September ..international... they cant pick up my internation tracking number... was told to come in and they will search with my ID... im here now and blatantly ignored... they can't assist... what's the point in asking me to come through... and where is my parcel!!!!!!
