COSTS INCURRED BECAUSE OF LATE DELIVERY

I ordered 250 of books from Amazon (Createspace) that I have written - Wild Avengers - for a launch party that I had organised for 7 March 2015. For your information I quote the tracking numbers herebelow. <br> <br> Tracking Nos.:<br> <br> ii*** ii*** ii***<br> ii*** ii*** ii***<br> ii*** ii***<br> <br> Amazon advised that the books were dispatched from the United States on 26 December 2014 and reached South Africa during the first week of January 2015. However, as a result of the postal strike, I did not receive the books in time for the launch on 7 March and I was forced to cancel the event. As a result of this cancellation I have incurred personal costs of about R31 000.<br> <br> Please advise how I may go about recovering these costs from the Post Office.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Di van der Westhuizen<br>
